CMA-High Flow CNA
Our ‘Cartridge Mounting System’ for our High Flow CNA filtercartridges are available for newly designed systems or simply for change out and
replacement of existing filter installations.
Our own produced adaptors will perfectly fit the 3M/CUNO high flow cartridges aswell.
Manufacturing in construction materials like, stainless steel, duplex (DSS) and super duplex (SDSS). Apart from the standard welded-in adaptor execution (photo right front) there also is a dismountable threaded version with threaded bayonet nut (photo left front) and for this also a wrench tool is available.
Center core length’s (photo middle back) are standard available in length’s of 20”, 40”, and 60” but can also be adapted to any required length like 10”, 30”or 50”. Assembly of center core parts all done by welding only.

Our own produced adaptors will perfectly fit all -226 and -222 adaptor codes aswell.
Manufacturing in construction materials like, stainless steel, duplex (DSS) and super duplex (SDSS).
The mounting system consists of a single part adaptor as according to the code for welding in the division filter plate or ready assembled/embedded into a division plate.
Depending on application the adaptors can be finished by polishing for food and pharmaceutical applications. For more ‘industrial’ applications the adaptors can be manufactured dismountable by threaded connections.

Our own produced adaptors S1 will perfectly fit all DOE cartridges ranging in the size:
CMA- DOE S1 from of ID Ø25 – ID Ø35mm
CMA- DOE S2 from of ID Ø35 – ID Ø65mm
CMA- DOE S3 from of ID Ø65 – ID Ø115mm

The mounting system consists of a 3-part assembly by an adaptor-cup, pull-bar and press-down cup. The adaptor and press-down cup will be adapted to the required internal cartridge diameter aswell as the knife-edge seal diameter.
All adaptor-cups types are thick walled casted parts for welded mounting in division plate or alternative dismountable by threaded execution with nut for placement into the division plate in contrast to welding.
