Sanitary filter housings
FOR CARTRIDGES AND LENTICULAR (STACK) FILTERS
IPM FILTRATION SYSTEMS produces all filter cartridges ánd filter housings ‘in-house’ in Italy.
Facilitated with clean-rooms, tooling machines and high-tech welding machines and skilled operators.
The sanitary filter housings are applied for sterile processes for liquids and gas and in industries like pharmaceutical, food and beverage and electronics.
The housings are completely made in stainless steel AISI 316 and designed and applicable for sanitary purposes and they meet the requirements for (micro) biological standard. Finish is suitable for any requirement by mechanical polishing or electro polishing.
The filter housings are standard supplied with in-line connections by tri-clamp connections, sanitary drain and vent valves. On request we can manufacture alternative connections, like DIN 11851 or other, as well as adapt to any requirement and for many adaptor styles.
The filter housings are manufactured for cartridges of 10”, 20”, 30” and 40” and junior execution 2,5”and 5”. Standard quantity of cartridges placed are 1 / 3 / 5 / 7 / 9 and 12 pieces. The lenticular stack filter housings can be made in 12” diameter and 16” diameter. Quantity of stacks to fit into our filter housings is 1 / 2 / 3 and 4 stacks.
