M▪bond filter cartridges are available in different materials, filter efficiences, filter ratings and versions.
The M▪bond filter cartridges are made of 100% pure Polypropylene (PP) fiber or 100% pure Polyester (PE) fiber or 100% pure Nylon (PA) fiber. M▪bond filter cartridges are thermal bonded by applying the melt blown manufacturing proces with an uniformly distributed progressive matrix, resulting in a fiber and pore structure course on the outside to fine micro-fibers and pores on the inside.
The M▪bond filter cartridges are manufactured without the use of any binders, (production) additives, resins, adhesives, agents or surfactants.
M▪bond filter cartridges versions are e.g. in DOE and SOE also with inner support core and with flat seals, 222, 226, spear point, etc.

The R▪bond filter cartridges are made of 100% pure acrylic fibers, which are bonded together with a phenolic resin and due to this unique design the R▪bond cartridges are able to withstand high pressure and is subsequently suitable for handling high viscous fluids and also high temperatures.
The R▪bond filter cartridge is constructed with extreme long and strong acrylic fibers to prevent migration.
R▪bond filter cartridges ensure a high efficiency and a high particle removal by a progressive matrix formed by a more open pore structure on the outside of the cartridge and which gradually improves to a tighter pore structure to the inside.
The R▪bond filter cartridges are compatible with many processes and are well suitable for e.g. industries like paint, chemical and petrochemical, printing ink, animal and vegetable oils, crude oil derivatives, adhesives, organic solvents, etc..
The R▪bond filter cartridges are available in 10”, 20”, 30”and 40” length and in ratings from 1 to 250 micron and aslo available in DOE and SOE with endcaps closed end and/or with flat seals, 222, 226, spear point, etc.
Filter ratings available in 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 20, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200 and 250 μm.

S▪wound filter cartridges are available in different materials, filter ratings and versions.
The S▪wound filter cartridges are the forerunner of the more modern developed melt blown depth filter cartridges. The most used yarn materials are polypropylene yarn, glass fiber yarn, cotton yarn and polyester yarn.
The The S▪wound filter cartridges will always be execued with an inner support core. Mostly used are stainless steel core or polypropylene.
The S▪wound filter cartridges are manufactured with computer controlled winding technology. Tight inside and outside more loose structure which gives a progressive matrix build up, with good deep filtering efficiency.
