Flowtrec supplies air filters according to EN779, ISO16890 and EN1822, and to following classification.

All air filters are produced in the uniform standard sizes and are always interchangeable.
The full range of air filter internals is available, like roll filter, panel filter, bag filter, compact V-cell, HEPA cassettes and ULPA cassettes in various shapes and materials. Applicable for many applications and industries like HVAC and clean rooms.
Also air filter cartridges from micro-fiber glass media with mini-pleat and hot melt spacers are within the program.
Flowtrec can also supply complete filter housings with the air filter internals installed, in accordance with the process data and requirements.

Gas filter elements
Flowtrec UniGas-G filter cartridges are mainly used for gas particle filtration and air particle filtration.
The filter cartridges are standard fabricated from:
– polyester needlefelt with scrim to increase mechanical strength and alternative with impregnation or membrane to provide water- and oil repellent properties
– cellulose polyester fiber reinforced with phenol resin impregnation to increase mechanical strength and water repellent properties and in corrugated arrangement or flat arrangement
– polyester spun bond media, thermally bonded and calandered and on request also executed with hydrofobic- or oleophobic properties
The filter cartridge flow pattern is from outside to inside (FOTI) and ensures that particles will be intercepted and trapped at the outside of the filter cartridge. Both sides are foreseen with support core. UniGas-G filter cartridges are available in all standard G0,5 till G6 sizes.

FelTrec metal filter cartridges are mainly used for liquid particle filtration and air or gas particle filtration.
FelTrec metal filter cartridges are designed and fabricated with the filtermedia layer made from sintered metal random fiber (felt) filtermedia.
FelTrec metal filter cartridges and/or parts are available in various construction hardware materials like stainless steel, monel, duplex (DSS) or super duplex (SDSS), and hastelloy, etc, and felt filtermedia is made from stainless steel 316, fecralloy, hastelloy or nickel fiber.
Feltrec metal filter cartridges can be designed and manufactured in various configurations and/or according to client’s existing drawings and specifications (retrofit).
FelTrec metal filter cartridges and/or parts are manufactured and constructed completely by PLASMA welding.
