PULSATRON COMPACT ®
Our PULSATRON COMPACT ®cartridge filter system is applied for extraction and filtration for all dry dust and powder laden air applications.
Also available as PULSATRON COMPACT® MINI and PULSATRON COMPACT® ATEX range. The modularity design of the complete range provides capacities from 800m3/hr till 48.000 m3/hr for the ‘off the shelf’ standard systems. The HJL-BAG FILTER range is suited to cope with even higher capacities and dust loads, as to 97.000 m3/hr.
The integrated automatic cleaning system allows on-line cleaning and therefore suitable for a contineous process. Cleaning is performed by counter flow pulse-jet with pressed air, which causes the filtered powder (pollutant) on the cartridges to be dislodged and settle in a dust bin for manual or automatic removal.
The filter cartridges are available in various materials and all systems can be executed with electronic sequence control unit with start/stop, pulse-jet cleaning valves and pressure tank container, build in fan, build in HEPA back-up filter, pre-seperator and silencer.

IDRODUST COMPACT ®
Our IDRODUST COMPACT® filter system is applied for extraction and filtration for mainly dust and powder laden air applications.
The polluted dust/powder laden air is washed by water. Particle entrapment in the washing water takes place within the impingement-, collision- and or vortex zone caused by the air which is forced to pass the narrowing of two or more free shaped in opposite positioned ‘half-pipes’, which are for the main part below the water level.
This vortex zone is also capable for absorbing gaseous substances up to a certain level.
The IDRODUST COMPACT® might be considered as an alternative for the PULSATRON COMPACT® ATEX , whereas the risk for working with highly combustable dusts and the possibility of explosions are prevented and contained to a minimum.
The IDRODUST COMPACT® is occasionally executed wat a venturi inlet device to increase the efficiency.

ECOCELL with PRE-COAT
Our ECOCELL and VARIOCELL cartridge filter systems are applied for extraction and filtration of laser welding and HF welding processes and optional assisted
by a pre-coat dosing unit in particular when polluted smoke is ‘greasy’ and ‘sticky’.
