CLEANMIST ®
The CLEANMIST® is executed with an integral fan and pre-seperator.
A cone shaped diffuser ensures that the mist particles are evenly distributed inside the fan impellor, where they are rapidly spun and pushed towards the filtering panels.
As they pass through te panels, the droplets coalescence and which are then drained and discharged through a connection pipe.
The purified air is channeled at the pressure side of the fan and can be treated before leaving the exhaust and re-entering the workshop by a final high efficient HEPA-filter or by a final high efficient electro-static filter.
The standard CLEANMIST® range consists out of 6 models running from 300 m3/hrtill 2300 m3/hr.
MIST COMPACT ®
The modularity design of the complete MIST COMPACT® range is purposed for centralized lay-out and provides capacities from 1.500 m3/hr till 14.000 m3/hr for the ‘off the shelf’ standard systems with integrated fan.
The MIST COMPACT® systems are normally executed with a 4-stage filter sequence.The emulsified oil mist laden air will enter the unit and will pass a metal pre-seperator, followed by passing the cartridge pre-course layer and then through the filter cartridge special primary media and finally passing a high efficient HEPA filter before being exhaust by the fan and re-entering the workshop.
The filter cartridges are made from special pleated glass-fiber media and all systems can be executed with electronic dP control unit with start/stop, build in fan or separate fan and noise silencer.
MCOS COALESCER ®
Our MCOS – MIST COMPACT® OIL SMOKE filter system is applied for the extraction and filtration of oil mist and smoke particles. The modularity design of the complete MIST COMPACT® OIL SMOKE range is purposed for centralized lay-out and provides capacities from 1.400 m3/hr till 8.000 m3/hr for the ‘off the shelf’ standard systems with integrated fan and till 20.000 m3/hr with separate fan.
The MIST COMPACT® OIL SMOKE systems are normally executed with a 3-stage filter sequence. The oil mist and oil smoke laden air will enter the unit and pass a first stage pleated high surface coalescer glass media cassette/cell, followed by passing a second stage higher efficient pleated high surface coalescer glass media cassette/cell and finally passing a high efficient pleated HEPA-filter cassette/cell before being exhaust by the fan and re-entering the workshop.
The 1st and 2nd filter cassettes/cells are made from special pleated coalescing glass-fiber media and all systems can be executed with electronic dP control unit with start/stop, and build in fan or separate fan and noise silencer.
